The concept of national service:

The Tunisian constitution states "Every citizen has the duty to protect the country and to safeguard its independence, sovereignty and national integrity. The defense of the party is a sacred duty for every citizen"

Creation:

The second Training Center of the Air Force (2CIAA) was established on 1 March 2007 by Decree No. 156/2007 of 1 March 2007.

Missions:

•     Military, physical and technical  training of Corporals of Active Students.
•     Basic Military Training of young recruits
•     Upgrading of professional skills of the engaged soldiers
